If you could be everything right now, what would you be?
Right now, I would like to be an abysses fish, one of those that light up.
Which book are you reading?
“Surveiller et punir: Naissance de la prison” by Michel Foucault.
Which photographer is teaching you something?
Iacopo Pasqui, because his cleanliness, for me, is something that contains universes. Where it seems empty is rather full.
Are you working on a particular project right now? Can you tell us something about it?
I have a lots of projects in my mind, everyday some new ideas. I would like to make a project about truckers, or about my parents, or about something that we see everyday and just for this reason it becomes invisible. I just have to decide to start them.
We’ve really enjoyed your pictures taken in Bruxelles: do you have a strong connection with this city? Is Bruxelles important for you?
Bruxelles has been my home for almost two months, not too much. It’s a quite dark city. As European Capital, I thought it was more “generous”, “brighter”. It has been important to realize that “Home” may have a lots of meanings.
Skateboarding is a passion or is just another job shooting skaters?
I’m not a skateboarder but I was curious to know more about skateboarding. Many things that I do, I do them because of my curiosity.
