Where are you from? Where do you live?
I was born in Jesi and I live there, in small apartment with my girlfriend.
How old are you?
How do you pay your bills? Are you working as a professional photographer?
I’m a psychologist and this is how I pay my bills. Photography gives me a lot of other things but fortunately.. not money!
What cameras do you use?
Recently I’m using only analog cameras. I mostly use Hasselblad 500cm, Olympus xa, Holga, Polaroid sx-70 and a 6×6 pinhole camera made by a friend.
I’m waiting for my “dream camera”, a Mamiya 7.
Any photographer or artist inspiring you?
I find everyday a lot of great photographers on the web, even not famous.
I love masters like Luigi Ghirri, Mario giacomelli and Stephen Shore.
Their work is very important, eternal.
What/who do you enjoy to shoot the most?
Some places in spring, the beach in winter, my grandmother, trees, objects… When I travel, I enjoy to shoot people: usually it’s too difficult for me.
Do you believe in god?
I’m not catholic, but yes: I believe in God.
What do you drink on a night out?
Grappa and beer.
Do you like dancing?
No, I don’t. I hate it! I look really ridiculous when I try!

Zeus! or Zeuse.
Are you a fashion addicted?
No, I spend all my money for food, cameras and films!
What’s your favourite tv series?
I prefer movies. Anyway, in the last months, I really appreciated “Romanzo Criminale”.

What’s the country of your dream?
A place I found when I was a child. It was on an illustrated book called “Storie del bosco di gnomi e di giganti”… it’ something like the Smurfs’ village but without Gargamella…
Have you ever been to Iceland?
No but I should go! I really love northern countries.
