Where are you from? Where do you live?
I grew up in a small village in northen Italy, but I have spent a lot of years in Milan. Last year I’ve been living between Toronto and New York City.
How old are you?
How do you pay your bills? Are you working as a professional photographer?
I’m not a professional photographer, the money to survive and to pay the bills coming from other directions.
What cameras do you use?
I use a Canon 550D, an ixus 120is and my iPhone.
Any photographer or artist inspiring you?
I spend a lot of time watching the work of others photographers, it’s very inspiring. I have many favorite photographers, if I have to say some names: Robert Mapplethorpe, Diane Arbus, Andreas Gursky, Don McCullin.
What/who do you enjoy to shoot the most?
I like to shoot people, looking for something extraordinary in their ordinary lifes. I love also to take pictures of details, giving them another point of view, other meanings.
Do you believe in god?
I believe in every god, I believe in madness, I believe in nothing.
What do you drink on a night out?
Usually beers and cocktails vodka based.

Are you a fashion addicted?
What’s your favorite tv series?
I dont watch TV. I hate TV. But sometimes I use internet to watch some series, in particular: Fringe, Carnivale, Modern Family.

What’s the country of your dreams?
I have traveled a lot, enough to know that there is not a dreamland, every country has things positive and others negative. In general I like tropical countries. Italy too, it’s a good country, but the problem are the Italians.
Have you ever been to Iceland?
Not yet, but I hope to visit this country soon. The landscape looks magic.
What song would you choose for a slideshow of your work?
It depends on the type of work presented. For some ideas that I have I think that “Winters Love” of Animal Collective could be a great soundtrack.
