Where are you from? Where do you live?
I’m from a little town between Reggio Emilia and Parma. I live in Milan and Reggio Emilia but I spend a lot of time in Beirut.
How old are you?
I’m 36 years old.
How do you pay your bills? Are you working as a professional photographer?
I have some agencies like Blobcg in Italy and Getty and Gallery Stock abroad. In the last year I’ve dealed more with galleries.
What cameras do you use?
I tend to use a Makina Plaubel 670 and a Fuji 6×9, a Silvestri T30 6×9 for architecture.
Any photographer or artist inspiring you?
I love many photographers but from a couple of years I’m more ispirated by novel or paint.
As writer I love Murakami Aruki , he has been part of my life since 2004 when I started my research on Tokyo.
This body of work will appear in my website at the beginning of next year and will became a book in the 2011. Talking about painting, I’m always been interested in paintings from Ukyo-e period.
What/who do you enjoy to shoot the most?
I’ve enjoyed shoot in the biggest city of Asia in the last 7 years, my favorite place. Now I’m working to expand my feeling and my ability to find new reality just close to me.
Do you believe in god?
I believe in TAO philosophy, in a certain way I can say YES.
What do you drink on a night out?
Strong beer and sparkling wine.
Do you like dancing?
Yes. In a real place for dance or at home.

I have no one.
