every single curve is a road I have taken and it will be this easy to destroy it
to erase it
to start again
my body exists
even if nobody is looking at it
even if nobody is touching it
These words are Giada’s words. She is one of the women photographed in this sensitive project by Giulia Boggio. The photographer says about it: “its name is ON LOVING and it is an ongoing project; it is born from many conversations in front of the mirror, when we decide to focus on details of our bodies that we don’t like but that we think can define us, when we try to understand what does even mean to have a body and being able to show it, to move it, to let it be touched and watched”
These women are natural, gorgeous, naked and free. The light is soft and so it is the black and white. And these bodies are real and all different, because that what we are, all real and all different and all beautiful.
Giulia Boggio is a graphic design student. She has already been a lot of things in her life, and now she is a photographer too. ON LOVING is her first project.
