Where are you from? Where do you live?
I’m from Parma, a small city in the north of italy. Famous for gastronomy and opera. Now I’m living in Milan while I’m doing my master in Civil Architecture and teaching Photographic Language at I.e.d. (istituto europeo di design)
How old are you?
I’m 23
How do you pay your bills? Are you working as a professional photographer?
I’m working as a teacher but for the moment I cannot pay my bills. I’m still a student.
What cameras do you use?
Usually analogic camera: nikon f2, pentax lx as reflex cameras, yashica t4 and olympus ea as compact ones. Sometimes I use digital as well, an Olympus e-1.
Any photographer or artist inspiring you?
Randomly I take inspiration from art, cinema, philosophy and everything that can excite me.
What/who do you enjoy to shoot the most?
Last year I wanted to move to fashion photography but today I’m a bit pissed of about that, so I turned again to everyday life photos, to catchcplaces and genuine and spontaneous moments.
Do you believe in god?
Not at all.
What do you drink on a night out?
Cidre of Bretagne.
Do you like dancing?
Boogey, disco and funk, early house music.
What’s your favourite first name?
Sophie.
Are you a fashion addicted?
No.
What’s your favourite tv series?
Usually I don’t watch them.

New York for contemporary arts culture.

No, never. I would like to go.
